This dataset contains the National Statistics Postcode Lookup (NSPL) for the London Borough of Camden. The NSPL relates current postcodes to a range of current statutory administrative, electoral, health and other statistical geographies via ‘best-fit’ allocation from the 2011 Census output areas. It supports the production of area based statistics from postcoded data. The NSPL is produced by ONS Geography, which provides geographic support to the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and geographic services used by other organisations.

This dataset contains planning applications in the London Borough of Camden dating back to 01/01/2010. Planning application extents are captured against the OS MasterMap product, due to licensing restrictions with this product, this dataset is represented as point geometry, located to the nearest postcode (derived from the OS Code-Point Open product). Attribution includes application number, development address, development description, registered date, decision date and case officer.

A data protection impact assessment (DPIA) is a process to identify privacy risks to individuals in the collection, use, storing, and disclosure of information. This allows Camden to identify problems so that risks can be removed or reduced to acceptable levels. It also reduces privacy breaches and complaints which can damage the Council’s reputation or enforcement action against it by the Information Commissioner (the regulator).
We publish these as a dataset in accordance with the Council's Data Charter and also the GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018.

This is a dataset of a number of Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) Camden has with other bodies.  A DSA is only used when the bodies do not have a contract, and are usually used between the council and another public sector organisation.  A DSA does not give the parties any legal rights to share the data: the sharing must already be legal.  DSAs are used to set out the terms and conditions to cover sharing of personal information for the reasons given in the DSA.  Some may be redacted due to security or legal reasons.  This is not a comprehensive set but we are working to add to it.  The Metropolitan Police/Council DSAs are being developed and more will be added in 2022 as they are launched.  For more information please contact DPA@camden.gov.uk

This dataset contains a list of Camden's housing stock; attributes include the property type, number of bedrooms and approximate location. Location is based on the centre point of the housing estate the property resides in; estates which contain less than twenty properties do not have a location to provide anonymity to the tenant.

This dataset contains public conveniences in the London Borough of Camden. Attributes include the address and geographic coordinates of each facility; these are largely taken from Camden’s Local Land and Property Gazetteer and published under the OS Presumption To Publish process.
